Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mobina Restaurant. By placing an order using our application or website, you agree to the following terms.

Service Area

We currently deliver within an 8 km radius from Mobina Restaurant. Orders outside this area may be cancelled or shown as not deliverable.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. If any item is unavailable, we may contact you for a replacement or cancel that item.

Pricing

Prices displayed in the application include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery
• UPI on Delivery
• QR Code Payment

No online payment gateway is currently used.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on distance, traffic, weather and kitchen workload. Delivery times are estimates only.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Restaurant Rights

Mobina Restaurant reserves the right to:

• Refuse fraudulent orders
• Cancel orders due to operational reasons
• Modify menu items without prior notice

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are handled manually.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

• Wrong food was delivered
• Food was not delivered
• Food quality issue is verified by the restaurant
• Duplicate payment occurred

Non-refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

• Change of mind after preparation starts
• Incorrect delivery address or location provided by the customer
• Customer unavailable during delivery
• Minor taste preferences

Refund Time

Approved refunds will be processed manually within 3 business days. Refunds will be made through the same payment method whenever possible or by another mutually agreed method.

• Delivery Timing: Orders are generally delivered during restaurant operating hours.
• Customers are requested to be available at the delivery location.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before preparation starts. Once the kitchen begins preparing food, cancellation requests may be declined.

If the restaurant cancels an order due to operational reasons, the customer will receive a full refund if any payment was made.
